Shipping and Return Policies

• Purchases will be filled within 2 business days of the order being placed.
• If you have questions or need to make changes prior to your order shipping please contact us at freedomglitters@gmail.com.
• You will have the choice of shipping via USPS or local pick up for your purchase.
• Tracking numbers will be provided in the fulfillment email within 2 business days.
• If you do not receive your order, please email us at freedomglitters@gmail.com so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
• Shipments over $35 are insured and shipped USPS priority mail.
• Returns/exchanges are allowed upon request, as long as the product is unopened/unused and the product is shipped back within 7 business days after the customer receives the product. Customer will pay for return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
• Returns/exchanges will be shipped to the store location, email freedomglitters@gmail.com for address.
• Exchanges will be of same priced items or if the new item costs more the customer will pay the difference.
