Shipping and Return Policies
- Purchases will be filled within 2 business days of the order being placed.
- If you have questions or need to make changes prior to your order shipping please contact us at email@example.com.
- You will have the choice of shipping via USPS or local pick up for your purchase.
- Tracking numbers will be provided in the fulfillment email within 2 business days.
- If you do not receive your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
- Shipments over $35 are insured and shipped USPS priority mail.
- Returns/exchanges are allowed upon request, as long as the product is unopened/unused and the product is shipped back within 7 business days after the customer receives the product. Customer will pay for return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
- Returns/exchanges will be shipped to the store location, email email@example.com for address.
- Exchanges will be of same priced items or if the new item costs more the customer will pay the difference.
