How to Order:

Choose your preferred:

• Matching Sticker Option
• Custom Design Option
• Keychain Hole Option
• Use the Notes box to include any additional details about your request. 

Quantity:

Acrylic blanks are sold in sets of 5.
Quantity 1 = 5 acrylic blanks Quantity 2 = 10 acrylic blanks Quantity 3 = 15 acrylic blanks, and so on.
Pricing shown in the Size and Sticker options is per set of 5.

Custom Design:

Have your own finished design? Select “I will send my own design.” Need us to create the design for you? Select “I need a custom design created.” A one-time $5 Custom Design Fee will be added to your order, regardless of the number of sets ordered.

Matching Stickers:

You may also choose to add matching White Vinyl or Transparent Vinyl stickers to your acrylic blank order. Sticker pricing is listed per set of 5.

Keychain Hole:

Choose Hole if you would like your blanks made with a keychain hole, or No Hole if you would like them without one.
